Your mission
- You bring new customers on board- from classic retail to cafés and deep into the sports world.
- You nurture and grow existing partnerships sustainably.
- Your territory is fully yours: you plan your routes independently, efficiently and sustainably.
- You execute the El Tony Mate strategy consistently across the Romandie (JU, NE, FR).
- You lead assortment, annual and condition negotiations fairly and within our guidelines.
- You activate the brand through events, boosts and activations that fit our DNA and truly make an impact.
- You keep your visits and customer data clean and up to date in our tools - retail is detail.
- You work closely with the Head of Off-Trade, the Sales Team and internal stakeholders.
Your profile
- You’re curious, ambitious and take ownership by default.
- Your energy, discipline and integrity are felt from the very first moment.
- You think entrepreneurially, see opportunities and want to build something real.
- You’re comfortable in daily customer business and right in the middle of the action.
- You’re physically active and feel at home in the sports world.
- Sales is your thing- and authenticity is your edge.
- Ideally, you already bring a network in the FMCG world.
- You hold a valid driver’s license (Cat. B)
- You speak fluent French and English.
- You live in the Romandie, ideally in Jura, Neuchâtel or Fribourg.
